侍ジャパン強化試合のトレーニングの合間の様子です。
なんだかザバスのステマのようなコメントをされていますが、本当に普段から愛用されています（笑）
ちなみに侍JAPANのメンバーもゲーム後にザバスのプロテインを摂っている選手が多かったそうです。やっぱり一流のプロもザバスを使っているのですね。
トレーニング終わりにザバスを飲んでいる時の嶋基宏選手です。
トレーニングや練習後には必ず飲むようにしているそうです。

嶋選手は捕手なので、体をある程度大きくする必要があります。体重が減らないようにするために飲まれているそうです。
プロデビュー当時になかなか体が大きくならなかった時には「ホヘイプロテインGP」を愛用していたそうです。

以前、テレビでアメリカの自宅で練習前に摂る食事管理を紹介されていましたね。 プロテインはDNSホエイプロテイン、チョコレート風味の愛用者です。

プロテインだけでなく、パワーゼリーも愛用されているそう。
広告のモデルになっていますが、もちろん普段でも愛用されています。
パワーゼリーは体重を落としたい時にウイダーinゼリーのような感覚で飲む方も多いようです。ダルビッシュ選手も栄養素を充実させるために軽い食事代わりとして飲んでいるのでしょう。
また、シェイカーや粉末を持ち運ばなくて良いのも荷物がかさばらなくて良いポイントです。味も美味しいので手軽にたんぱく質が摂れます。
松田宣浩（内野手）
スピード感、積極性が持ち味の松田宣浩選手。
その体力もDNSホエイプロテインから生まれたものなのでしょうか。
ホークスに入ると、周囲の選手がピッチャーも野手もみんなとにかくデカい。
まずはパワーがないと生き残れない。特に影響を受けたのは松中（信彦）さんですね。毎年、自主トレでしっかりとウエイトトレーニングをして、シーズンを戦う基礎的なパワーをつけておられましたし、試合に向けた準備もしっかりされていました」しっかりとウエイトトレーニングに取り組むと、身体は大きくなり打球もよく飛ぶようになった。
ご飯をしっかり食べて、ウエイトトレーニングをして、プロテインをしっかり摂る。その大切さがよくわかりました。
プロに入った時には86～87kgだった体重が93～94kgまで増やされたそうです。
体重が増えたのはトレーニングに取り組んだことと、プロテインをしっかり摂ったことだと話されています。
「シーズン中に強い負荷をかけたトレーニングをなかなかできない分、オフはしっかり追い込みます。99kgぐらいまで体重をアップさせてキャンプに入り、そこから5～6kg絞りつつキレを出していく。そんなイメージです。」
「ウエイトトレーニングが終わったら、Pro-Xを飲みます。特にマンゴー味が好きですね。
愛用しているのはPro-Xというドリンクタイプのプロテインです。

柳田悠岐（外野手）
鋭いフルスイングが特徴の柳田選手。
トリプルスリーを達成した体作りの裏には、しっかりとしたウエイトトレーニングとプロテインの効果もあったようです。
「僕は週2回ほど、球場のトレーニングルームで下半身を中心にやりますね。
毎朝トレーニングが終わった後にG+。そしてビタミンSPとジョイントSPを、球場に来た時に飲んでいます」
毎朝のトレーニング後には「G+」を飲んでいるそうです。
G+はグルタミン配合なので、関節部分など負荷がかかった部分の疲労回復に良いとされています。

野球人が知るべきプロテインの飲み方の３つのポイント
①1日に摂るべきプロテインの量について
1日に摂るべきプロテインの量はアマチュアの方で1日あたり体重×1gといわれています。
プロの方は体重×2gを摂った方が良いといわれています。
つまり70kgの方なら
70×2=140g
という計算になります。
当たり前ですが、普通の食事でこれだけ多くのたんぱく質は摂れないのでプロテインで摂るようにしましょう。
②飲むタイミングについて
運動後は体が栄養を消耗した状態のため、栄養素の吸収率が高いです。
なので、練習やトレーニングをした後の30分後までにはプロテインを飲むようにした方がよいです。
②飲み方について
一緒にシェイクする飲み物については人それぞれなので、水、牛乳、スポーツドリンクなど自分に合った飲み方で飲むと良いでしょう。
オススメのはダルビッシュ選手が実践しているグレープフルーツと一緒に飲む方法です。グレープフルーツに含まれているクエン酸が体の疲労回復につながります。
疲労回復をすることで次の練習を疲れを残さずにMAXな体調でできるになります。つまり、より負荷をかけて限界まで頑張れるようになるということです！
また、美味しくないプロテインを飲む時にグレープフルーツの酸味がプロテインの味を消してくれます。

プロ野球選手が愛用しているプロテインを紹介してきました。
紹介したプロテインは一流のプロ野球選手も使用しているだけのことがあって体作りには必須のようです。
もちろん、日々のトレーニングがあってこそですがプロテインを飲むことにより目指す目標に近くことには間違いないので日々の体作りに取り入れっていってください。
